Established in 1977, Lorestan University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Khorramabad (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Lorestan. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science Research and Technology of Iran, Lorestan University (LU) is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 4,000-4,999 students) coeducational Iranian higher education institution. Lorestan University (LU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
