You may not sell, distribute, or create derivative products from these items nor develop any service-related tools without permission. Additionally, no aggregation or de-identification of Data is allowed as part of using the Service or Output Data.
5. Data Sharing
When you share information through the Service, we understand that you agree to our terms and conditions. Unless a Premium Services Agreement is in place that supersedes these agreements, your submission confirms their acceptance: By providing us with or making available to us your Submitted Data, such as names and contact information of contacts or other persons, you grant our organization permission to use said data to improve our services:
- You grant us access to your Submitted Data, which we will use in an aggregated form to provide the Service and further develop our data assets. Furthermore, we promise not only to ensure no company or individual is mentioned publicly concerning said Data but also that all usage of it complies with any applicable contract or law.
- By submitting your data, you are granting us the long-term and irrevocable right to distribute that information at our discretion for use by customers, partners, and service providers.
- With your approval, we will be granted the right to create derivative works based on Submitted Data, such as data models and modeled datasets. These derivatives belong exclusively to us; however, they must not replicate your original information. For example, combining multiple sources of submitted data from different providers into one set or creating a new dataset developed through analytics about specific industries or buyers would count as derivative works belonging solely to our company.
- By submitting data, you give us the unrestricted and permanent right to employ, share, license out, present copies of and generally distribute your information in an anonymous form for any situation or platform.
- By providing Submitted Data to us, you certify that the information supplied is genuine and up-to-date. We appreciate your commitment to accuracy regarding living persons' data.
6. Subscription Terms
When you share information through the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Unless a Premium Services Agreement is in place that supersedes these agreements, your submission confirms their acceptance:
By providing us with or making available to us your Submitted Data, such as names and contact information of contacts or other persons, you grant our organization permission to use said data to improve our services.
Fees and Billing: By agreeing to the fee structure outlined in an Order Form between us, you are committing to a pre-set payment schedule. We reserve the right to change and adjust said Fees as required with reasonable notice.
No Refund Policy: All payments made for CUFinder services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to: partial use of services, unused credits, early cancellation, dissatisfaction with results, or change of business needs. By subscribing to or purchasing any CUFinder service, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Cancellation: Subscription customers who wish to cancel must do so before 11:59 p.m. UTC on the day before their next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund for the current or any previous billing period.
No Disputes: By using CUFinder services, you expressly waive the right to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims through your bank, credit card company, or any payment processor. Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a payment constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of your account and access to all services, as well as collection efforts for any amounts owed.
7. Paid and subscription credits
The unlimited plans offered by CUFinder are governed by a fair use policy to avoid possible misuse. Each account on an unlimited plan has a cap of 10,000 credits per month unless a separate agreement is made with you that defines a different credit ceiling.
