Ampute Futbol Oyuncularında Spor Yaralanmalarının Mevkilere Göre İncelenmesi

Bu araştırmanın amacı, ampute futbol oyuncularının oynadıkları mevkilere göre sakatlanma bölgelerini ve türlerini belirlemektir. Çalışmaya Ampute Süper Liginde futbol oynayan 101 futbolcu gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Veri toplamak amacıyla Ampute futbol oyuncularının yaşadıkları spor sakatlıklarının tür ve bölgelerini belirlemeye yönelik 12 sorudan oluşan bir anket formu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler betimsel istatistikler (sıklık ve yüzde) ile özetlendi, mevkilere göre farklılıkların incelenmesinde Ki–Kare testi uygulanmıştır. Futbolcuların sezon boyunca yaşadıkları sakatlıkların oranları incelendiğinde; burkulma ve ezilme oranı% 63, 4 (n= 64), yırtılma, tendon veya lif kopması oranı% 16, 8 (n= 17), kanama oranı% 9, 9 (n= 10), çatlak, kırık ya da çıkık oranı% 9, 9 (n= 10) olarak tespit edilmiştir. Sezon boyunca görülen sakatlıkların mevkilere göre karşılaştırılmasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık bulunmamıştır (X 2= 13,313; p> 0, 05). Sonuç olarak ampute futbol oyuncularının sakatlanma bölgeleri ve türlerinin mevkilere özgü olarak dağılım göstermediği söylenebilir.

The Effect of Aerobic Exercise (Swimming) and Oral Contraceptives on Some Hormonal Variables According to Age and Childbirth: Analytical Study.

Objective: This study aims to examine the effect of aerobic exercise (AE)(swimming) and oral contraceptives (OCs) on some hormonal variables according to the variables of age and childbirth through analyzing the parameters of weight, body mass index (BMI), triglycerides, cholesterol, glucose and progesterone. Material and Methods: Our study includes a sample of 16 married women (between 20-30 years of age). The sample were enrolled in the same-discipline, and were divided in 2 groups, the 1st group (G1) has kids while the 2nd group (G2) does not. The subjects have been taking OCs (3rd generation; Meliane®, Microgynon®) for at least the last 6 months, and they haven’t been pregnant for the last year. Effect of plyometric training on improving vertical jump in female footballers (14-17 years old)

Plyometric training (PT) is a very popular form of physical conditioning for healthy individuals that have been extensively studied over the last decades. The study aimed to determine the effect of PT on improving vertical jump (VJ) in female footballers (14-17 years old). The study adopted a pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design. The study population was the female football players of the National Women's Football League in Algeria (LNFF). Twenty-two players were drawn from the study population (age=15.10±0.47 years, height=152.01±5.80 cm, weight=49.51±6.09 kg). The sample was divided into a control group (CG) and an experimental group (EG). Eleven players per group. The training program was made for the participants and the exercise training was supervised by the researchers. The PT exercises for the EG in which each exercise session involved 15±3 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise for the first four weeks and gradually increased to high-intensity exercises for the last six weeks. The PT was carried out for 10 weeks. Subjects were trained three times a week. A squat jump (SJ) and a counter-movement jump (CMJ) were used for data collection. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation, the paired t-test was used to compare pre-test and post-test data. The results marked improvements in VJ after the 10-week PT as significant gains were noticed in the post-test for EG on SJ t= 8.35, p< 0.05, CMJ t=5.70, p<0.05. When the effect of the PT program was compared among groups (CG/EG) by sport, the result showed that EG gained significantly more than CG in SJ/CMJ (F= 11.74/9.33, p<0.05). The study concluded …

KINEMATICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ACCURATE PENALTY-KICKING FOR TURKISH FOOTBALL PLAYERS IN GOALKEEPER CONFRONTATION

This study aimed to analyze the kinematical characteristics values of accurate penalty-kicking for Turkish football players in goalkeeper confrontation. Fifteen male Turkish Regional Amateur League players (Age: 21.08±1.56 years old) was scanned, by two video cameras synchronous in two-dimensional (2D), placed at optical axes X&Y. the best three tries of penalty kicking performance were analyzed by video analysis Dartfish 9.0 software. Standard statistical methods were used for the calculation of mean±sd, Pearson test for the correlations between all variables. A value of p-value≤ 0.05 was considered a threshold of statistical significance. The results were shown in the ball contact phase that the distance pivot foot & ball factor has a statistically significant effect in producing accuracy (p-value=. 001), and the interaction between two main factors namely the trunk and inclination body angles has a statistically significant effect with a p-value≤. 05 in producing accuracy too. In addition, in the followthrough phase, we can see too the statistically significant effect in p-value≤. 005 of the trunk angle, and in pvalue≤. 05 of the thighs angle in producing accuracy. As a conclusion, it can be conveyed that the distance between the support leg and the ball is very decisive for the kinematic profile formed such as contraction of the abdominal muscles (trunk angle), the amortization process (the pivot leg angle), shot power (angle and length of the shot leg swing trajectory), where these aspects are significantly affected to the shot power, ball velocity and the level of accuracy.

Kinematical variables analysis of discus throw activity in para-athletics (class f57) and their relationships with digital level achievement. Part 1.

The aim of this study is to analyze kinematical variables of discus throw activity in Para-Athletics F57 and to investigate their relationships with digital level achievement. International Para-athlete" Saifi Nassima" participated voluntarily in this study. The athlete throwed the discus with her right arm. Recordings were made by synching cameras (AEE MagicCam, 170 view, MOV Format Video, 720p Video Resolution, 120 ips NTFS, Screen Resolution 1280* 720 16: 9) for side and rear views by a LANC (CONTROL-L) device. The athlete wore reflective markers to track their motions on joints of the wrists, the elbows, the shoulders, the hip center, and down the neck with the least possible number of occlusions, to analyze the length and angle of movement by the x and y axis. The best six throws during the first and second phases (start and finish throwing) of the discus throw were included for analysis in two-dimensional by Dartfish. 9 software. Means, standard deviations, minimum and maximum values were applied as descriptive statistics, and Pearson test for the correlations between all variables. As a result, there was a positive significant correlation of digital level with cubitus angle of the throwing hand (p<. 001), trunk angle (p<. 005) in the first phase, and with disk flight time (p<. 005), throwing angle (p<. 001) in the second phase. In conclusion, we confirm that the increase in the values of the variables of distance shot from the armrest, and the wrist angle of the shooting hand in the first phase of throwing, affects the digital level achievement. The contribution of biomechanical analysis technology to improve the assessment of students during certain school sports activities (long jump)

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of biomechanical analysis technology to improve the assessment of students during certain school sports activities (long jump), this by (1) determining the statistical differences between groups in variables analyzed.(2) revealing the relationship between the kinematical variables analyzed and the digital level & evaluation result. The sample included 32 students in the 1st year of secondary school (16 males, 16 females), two groups for each gender. Group? working on the use of kinetic analysis in a correction the kinetic performance and evaluated, and group? is guided by the observation only. The study involved the kinematical analysis of performance during long jumping activity, by using the software; Coach's Eye & MyDartfish Express. The data were analyzed in SPSS 22.0 program, the descriptive statistics (mean±SD, Std. E), the Anova & T-tests for difference statistical between groups, and the P test for the correlations between variables. In conclusion, our assessment problem is that it depends on the digital level only in the learning phase. Besides, these results indicate that the professors who use this kinetic analysis software have adjusted the way they evaluate students, where Improving digital achievement should depend on proper evaluation in the stages of achievement for the physical education and sports teaching process.

Biomechanical analysis of accuracy penalties-kicking performance for Turkish Soccer players: Group-based analysis without goalkeeper

Background and Study Aim It is stated that kinetic performance factors are important in the successful execution of accurate kick-penalties, thus, its offer excellent performance despite a substantial kinetic method change in their implementation. The aim of the study is to biomechanical analysis of accuracy penalties-kicking performance for Turkish soccer players. Material and Methods The study group consisted 15 male students of Turkish Regional Amateur League players (Age: 21.08 +/- 1.56 years old). Two video cameras placed at optical axes X&Y filmed penalty-kick performance of the subjects. we analysed the best three scores by video analysis Dartfish 9.0 software. Standard statistical methods were used for the calculation of mean +/- SD. the Statistical significance at p<.05 for Pearson product-moment correlations. Results Accurate penalty-kicks showed significant positive relationship of knee Pi angle value in backswing, ball Contact phases, trunk angle value in ball contact with the accuracy at p<.01. Significant negative relationship of inclination_body angle value, time of foot contact at p<.01, and distance pivot foot&ball value at p<.05 in the follow-through phase. Conclusions: Such knowledge should aid in clarify the relationships between variables of penalty kicking during The performance phases and accuracy. the present preliminary investigation of accurate penalty-kicks performance indicates Support-leg characteristics demonstrated in knee angle values an important factor in Backswing, Ball Contact phases with the accuracy of penalty kicking. also, the Foot Contact time and Inclination_Body angle in that.

Kinematical variables analysis of shot-put activity in para athletics (class F32/33) and their relationships with digital level achievement

Aim The primary purpose of this part was to Kinematical variables analysis of the shot-put activity in Para-Athletics (Class F32/33) and their relationships with digital level achievement. Methods International Paralympic athlete "Kerdjana Kamel" participated voluntarily in this study. He's the gold medalist and the record holder in this class F32/33 (Age: 37 years, Height: 1.76 m, Weight: 82 kg, Type of Impairment: cerebral palsy, the origin of impairment: congenital, club: GSP Alger, Best Digital level: 12.24 m). The analysis of the present study was done with the software Kinovea software 0.8.15 for the kinematical analysis, we used two cameras (AEE. 120ips, 1280*720, 720p) for the record the Kinematic performance during the first and second phase (Start and Finish Pushing) in the Shot-Put. sites of this cameras (Cam; X0.5m, Y1.5m. Cam; X6m, Y5.5m). Shot-Put tries were applied for our sample (the international Paralympic athlete) in eight tries, we choose the best six tries for analysis. The data were analyzed in SPSS program, descriptive statistics (mean±Sd, Std.E) and Pearson test for the correlations between variables.
