Associer modèle de langage et ingénierie d'ontologie: une étude de cas et perspectives

Les modèles de langage ou Large Language Models (LLM) ont ouvert la porte à l'exploitation massive de sources de données textuelles. Leur puissante capacité à généraliser rend leur utilisation possible dans de nombreux cas d'usage en interaction avec l'humain. Cependant, ils souffrent d'un manque de fiabilité à cause du phénomène d'hallucination et de l'opacité de leur fonctionnement. De leur côté, les graphes de connaissances ou Knowledge Graphs (KG) offrent une approche structurée de la connaissance. Leurs résultats sont fiables et explicables, bien que leur construction soit plus laborieuse que l'apprentissage des LLM. Alors que ces techniques semblent complémentaires pour les objectifs de représentation et d'exploitation de la connaissance, leur hybridation est un sujet encore peu exploré dans la recherche. Dans cette étude, nous présentons le travail réalisé à l'IRT SystemX sur l'hybridation entre des modèles de langage et des graphes de connaissances, appliquée au cas d'usage industriel de RTE. Les opérateurs de RTE gèrent le réseau électrique français, et sont chargés de prendre les décisions adaptées en cas d'incident. Les événements sont rapportés de manière textuelle dans des rapports spécifiques. Or, la complexité croissante du réseau rend ces tâches de plus en plus difficiles à gérer. Ainsi, il devient nécessaire pour RTE de faciliter la prise de décision en matière d'intervention grâce à un système d'aide à la décision et de génération de rapports. A conceptual digital twin framework for city logistics

Urban logistics is one of the key elements of urban mobility planning. The use of real-time information systems in logistics operations generates an enormous amount of data, nowadays used mainly for the purpose of monitoring and control of large flows of goods. At the same time, urban planners, business stakeholders, and city administrators are in need of adaptive, data-driven decision support solutions to address today's urban logistics problems. Recently, digital twins have received a lot of attention to support advanced experimentation, simulation and decision-making for on-demand logistics operations. A semi-automatic framework towards building Electricity Grid Infrastructure Management ontology: A case study and retrospective

Thanks to their extensive use in Internet-based applications, ontologies have gained significant popularity and recognition within the semantic web domain. They are widely regarded as valuable sources of semantics and interoperability in artificial intelligence systems. With the exponential growth of unstructured data on the web, there is a pressing need for automated acquisition of ontologies from unstructured text. Towards a Security Impact Analysis Framework: A Risk-Based and MITRE Attack Approach

Cyber security assessment aims at determining the cybersecurity state of an assessed asset to check how effectively the asset fulfills specific security objectives. We are confronted with a lack of an integrated framework coupling a top-down approach such as a risk-based analysis of information systems, with a bottom-up approach such as MITRE Attack to map and understand the details of the actions taken by the attackers to evaluate a defensive coverage throughout the development life cycle. We depict in this ongoing work the description of a Security Impact Analysis Framework (SAIF) to support cyber analysts, cyber administrators, and developers in their daily tasks of security impact analysis and provide project stakeholders with sufficient security proof and defense gaps. Requirements engineering and enterprise architecture-based software discovery and reuse

Organizations’ business processes need to be adapted in response to changing internal and external environments, which are becoming increasingly complex. We target in this research work the exploitation of a software capability profile based on requirements engineering and enterprise architecture to respond to stakeholder requirements and efficiently reuse existing technical solutions. We propose in this work an exploitation methodology based on the alignment of enterprise architecture actions with a requirement engineering process. These latter evolve together helping to investigate the highest compatibility of the desired functionalities and their related constraints. Towards software reuse through an enterprise architecture-based software capability profile

Most of today's software development projects depend on the usage of existing solutions to save time and development costs. Towards a digital twin framework for adaptive last mile city logistics

The use of real-time data in logistics is an important topic. Every day, logistics produces a large quantity of data, which is mainly produced by monitoring and controlling the enormous flow of goods. The last-mile delivery market is expanding at a rapid pace through large- and small-scale consumer platforms, but the economic drivers to create more sustainable systems are weak. Therefore, cities are facing the potential downside of this “Uberisation” of logistics. Semantic software capability profile based on enterprise architecture for software reuse

Open source and software reuse become more and more challenging for companies to save time and development cost. Collecting existing service-oriented solutions and qualifying them helps to reuse them directly or via orchestration. Our objective in this research work targets the consolidation of an advanced service repository able to be directly mapped to end-user requirements for new business application development. In this perspective, we define a model-based capability profile based on Enterprise Architecture offering a wider view qualification for service-oriented software. We propose a meta-model to gather architecture artifacts used to guide the development of existing solutions. The generated capability profiles help to create a repository of software capabilities.
